General information
1. Vehicle condition on collection and return.
1. vehicles shall be issued in a state clean and refuelled to full. The tenant is obliged to return the car in the same condition – clean and fully refuelled.
If the vehicle is returned in an unclean condition, the Tenant shall bear the costs of washing and cleaning.
2. Vehicle wash and cleaning service
1. If you don't have the time or don't want to clean the car yourself after the rental, we offer a washing and cleaning service:
- Exterior vehicle wash – £5.00
- Exterior cleaning including interior cleaning - 60 PLN
(2) A car returned clean, both inside and out, is not subject to additional charges.
3. one-day rental
1. for one-day car rental, an additional fee of PLN 60 applies - added to the standard rental amount.
- Example: When renting a Hyundai i20, the basic fee is 130 PLN. After adding the daily fee (60 PLN), the total amount will be 190 PLN.
4 Rental day
Rental day = 24 hours, calculated from the moment the car is handed over.
- We use a flexible time allowance (approximately 30 minutes) to avoid surcharges for minor delays.
- Example: Car collected 14.01 at 9:00 for 2 days -> return by 16.01 around 09:30
5. returning a car with an incomplete tank
(1) Cars are issued fully fueled and should be returned as such. If the car is returned with less fuel, we only add the cost of the missing fuel - no additional service charges.
- The amount is calculated proportionally to the fuel tank capacity entered in the handover protocol.
6 Mileage limit
Short-term rental:
- Standard daily limit: 200 km/day
- Option to increase the limit to 1000 km/day – cost 60 PLN/day
- Exceeding the limit: £0.30/km (i.e. PLN 30 for each 100 km)
2. Long-term rental:
- Standard limit 3000 km/month
- A mileage limit above the standard or for individual needs is determined individually With Tenant
7. the provision and collection of the vehicle
1. Car collection or drop-off in Lublin (for rentals of less than 7 days) – 50 zł per service.
- Car replacement 50 zł
- Car collection 50 zł
- Car pick-up and drop-off PLN 100
If the driver picks up the client and they return to the office together, and the car is released on site, the fee may be reduced by 50%.

8. Driving abroad from Poland
Only possible after obtaining the Landlord's prior consent
- Consent fee - PLN 200
- Deposit for travelling abroad – minimum £2500 (height depends on the vehicle and individual arrangements).
9 Insurance and deductible
1. all vehicles offered by our rental company are covered by a full insurance package: OC and AC, as well as having Assistance.
2. In the event of damage caused by the Tenant's fault, a deductible of up to £2500 (according to the terms of the AC policy)
3. it is possible to reduce the deductible to 500 zloty at an additional cost:
- Rental 1-3 days - 70 zł/day
- Rental over 4 days - £40 per day
10. Refundable deposit
1. a refundable deposit is collected upon collection of the vehicle, the amount of which depends on the vehicle segment and the rental conditions, but is usually as follows 500 zloty.
2. The deposit will be returned after the car is returned, if the vehicle is without damage caused by the Lessee.
11. documents required for rental
1. Each Tenant declares that they are over 21 years of age and have held a driving licence for at least 1 year.
2. For rental it is necessary to:
- Valid driving licence
- Identity document
12. Car hire
The tenant makes a car reservation using the form available on the website: www.convenientcar.co.uk, by telephone on +48 696 036 276 or at one of our branches (e.g., at Świdnik or Lublin Airport on Wyżynna Street).
2. a deposit is collected for the reservation PLN 200, which is deducted from the rental price on the day of delivery of the vehicle.
The deposit can be paid:
- by bank transfer
- By BLIK
- in cash at the company's headquarters
13. Office opening hours
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 – 20:00
- Saturday: 7:00 – 18:00
It is possible to collect and return the car outside opening hours by prior arrangement.
Additional charges:
- release or return of the car outside working hours - 50 zł
- issue or return on Sundays and public holidays - 80 zł
