General information
We issue cars clean and fully fueled - in the same condition should be returned at the end of the lease. If you do not have the time or inclination, you can use the car washing and cleaning services at the end of the rental period.
Vehicle washing and cleaning fee:
- 1-day rental - 50 zł
- rental from 2 to 4 days - 40 zł
- rental from 5 to 7 days - PLN 30
- rental from 8 to 13 days - 20 zł
- rental over 14 days - gratis
If the car is returned clean, no additional fee is charged. The charge only applies if the customer does not want or have the time to clean and wash the vehicle. If only external washing is required, the charge may be lower than the price list.
Rental day
Rental day is 24 hours calculated from the moment the car is released. We use a flexible approach - a small time allowance (e.g. around 30 minutes) is added to the standard day to avoid surcharges for minor delays.
Example: Car issued on 14.01 at 9:00 am for 2 days → return by 16.01 by about 9:30 am.
If the car is returned later (e.g. in the evening), we do not automatically charge another day - we account for this as part of a day (e.g. half a day).
Return of a car with an incomplete tank
We issue cars fully fueled and should be returned in this condition. If the car is returned with less fuel, we will add a only the cost of the missing fuel, without any additional service charges.
The amount is calculated on a pro rata basis, based on the capacity of the fuel tank entered in the handover protocol.
Mileage limit
For short-term rentals, the following applies standard daily limit of 200 km/day. It is possible to increase the limit to 1000 km per day - cost 60 zł / day.
Exceeding the mileage limit:
- PLN 0.30 for every kilometre over the limit
- i.e. PLN 30 for every 100 km over the limit
Pick-up and drop-off
Pick-up or drop-off of the car in the Lublin area (for rentals of less than 7 days) - 50 zł per service. For rentals over 7 days - gratis.
This means:
- only substitution - 50 zł
- reception only - 50 zł
- substitution and reception - PLN 100
If the driver picks up the client and they return to the office together, and the car is released on site, the fee may be reduced by 50%.
Drop-off or pick-up outside Lublin - price to be agreed.
Travel by car outside Poland
Only possible with prior approval of the Landlord.
- Consent fee - PLN 200
- Deposit when going abroad - minimum PLN 2500 (amount dependent on vehicle and individual arrangements)
Insurance and deductible
The standard tenant's deductible for damage due to his/her fault (under the AC policy) is up to £2,500.
Reduction of deductible to £500:
- 1-3 days rental - 70 zł / day
- rentals over 4 days - 40 PLN / day
Office opening hours
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 – 20:00
- Saturday: 7:00 – 18:00
It is possible to collect and return the car outside opening hours by prior arrangement.
Additional charges:
- release or return of the car outside working hours - 50 zł
- issue or return on Sundays and public holidays - 80 zł
Car reservation
In order to make a reservation, the deposit of PLN 200, which is deducted from the rental price on the day of delivery of the vehicle.
The deposit can be paid:
- by bank transfer
- By BLIK
- in cash at the company's headquarters
